Heather - Office Manager

My name is Heather. I am the Office Manager here at Family First. I live in West Seattle with my husband, Josh, our two dogs Rose and Herschel and our cat Waffle. I enjoy spending time with my husband, walking my dogs, doing yoga and playing the drums.

Tommy-Front Desk/Chiropractic Assistant

I’m Tommy, the Chiropractic Assistant. I help with scheduling and other operations along with Heather. If you were wondering whose lovely voice that was that left you a voicemail from our office, chances are it was me.

I grew up in Tukwila, and graduated from UW Bothell in Media and Communications. I used to work in advertising for auto manufacturers. Why the career change? Well, after donating stem cells to my late sister, I developed a host of symptoms. I failed every medical diagnosis, which pointed to Fibromyalgia. So, the journey to better health brought me to Family First. I’m not medically trained, however I figured I’d be able to help those in need of treatment get scheduled.

When I’m not answering emails, I’m involved with anything and everything self expressive. You can find me equipped with camera in hand capturing the beauty of life. Whether that be street photography, portraits, cars or landscapes. Photography enables me to capture the present moment. As it is. I prefer a slow, mindful approach to life and photography helps me slow down. Music is also the language I speak. Naturally, I write music as well. If those things aren’t occupying my mind, I’m gaming. Currently, invested in Genshin Impact. The world, the music and the writing has been enough for me to get multiple tattoos of Hu Tao and Raiden Ei. I also enjoy drives and walks. If I really don’t want to move, I’m watching Anime.

Some say I’m intimidating, but rather that’s my concentrated face. So, if you see me, don’t hesitate to say hi. Despite being introverted, I’m well versed in a variety of subjects. I boil it down to being observant and curious. Very much the romantic type. I love love and everything beautiful. Hence the knack for the creative. I hope you enjoyed this brief read. Maybe I’ll see you in office!
